Circular Quay & Overseas Passenger Terminal
(Quay is pronounced like "KEY")

We took the T8 train from Platform 17 at Central Station near our hotel to Circular Quay. This was a test run to see if it would not be too inconvenient to take the train from our hotel to the cruise port terminal with our suitcases on Tuesday to board our ship. On the way back we took the L3 Light Rail from Circular Quay to our hotel. The L3 Light Rail is a couple of blocks closer to our hotel and would not require going up and down elevators with our luggage. At the moment we are thinking of taking the L3 Light Rail rather than the T8 train.
